2.3 Providing Accurate Information

It is mandatory to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in the account being closed.

40bet reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-approved documents may be requested for verification.

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5.3 VIP Program

A fair play policy is followed for all games and bets on 40bet. Game outcomes are determined impartially through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

• All bets will be considered final only after they have been confirmed.
• If a game is disrupted due to a technical error, 40bet will make a decision based on the circumstances.
• A bet that was already being processed at the time of an internet disconnection will remain valid.
• The game providers' own terms may apply.

For cricket and other sports betting, bets will be settled based on the official announcement of the event result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will be considered serious violations of these Terms:

• Abusing bonuses by placing low-risk bets for the purpose of meeting bonus wagering requirements.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious transactions through the account.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of promotional benefits.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games.
• Attempting to circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Threatening other users or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
• Operating an account using a false identity or information.

If evidence of involvement in such activities is found, the account may be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

40bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide documents required for verification.
• Involvement in suspicious or fraudulent activities.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may contact the support team. All valid balances must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

40bet is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of playing games or placing bets through the 40bet platform.

• 40bet is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues, internet outages, or third-party services.
• Game outcomes are entirely dependent on RNG and are not predictable.
• 40bet's liability will in no case exceed the amount deposited by the user.
